Ausbeutung und Disziplinierung. Zur Rolle des Münchner Sondergerichts und der Stapoleitstelle München im Kontext der nationalsozialistischen Fremdarbeiterpolitik

We still know little about policeauthorities and justice in their function as instruments for surveillance and disciplinary punishment in the totalitarian NS-State. Main topic of the following statements are the "Sondergericht München" and the "Gestapoleitstelle München" in close context to the forced labour program ("Fremdarbeitereinsatz") of the Nazis during World War II. It can be shown exemplary the practise and the functioning of the NS-justice and policeapparatus during the years of war. It comes clear that the "Gestapo" as well as the "Sondergerichte" tried to fulfill their duty of danger-prevention ("Gefahrenabwehr") via deterrence especially by taking sharp and brutal measures of punishment and persecution. Consequence was a conflict with the pragmatic objectives of the war economy which tried to realize the highest possible output of manpower.
